If you've rehired employees, you can reactivate their accounts at any time from the team dashboard with the following steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Members'.
Step 3: Find the profile of the driver that needs their account reactivated. You can utilize the search bar at the top to search your employee by name, email, and employee ID.
Step 4: Click on the team member profile.
Step 5: Click on the green 'Reactivate' button in the top right corner of the individual member's page.
Step 6: Enter the employees rehire date and click 'Reactivate' again.
Your employee will regain access to their Everlance account according to their new 'start date'.
