Are you ready to take control of your payments and reimburse your employees how and when you want? By funding your Wallet, you'll be able to get your team paid quickly and easily. If you haven't already done so, you can apply for a Wallet, which is a checking account through Lincoln Savings Bank, Member FDIC, by following the steps in this article.
If you already have a Wallet, follow the steps below to learn how to add funds:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the 'Team Dashboard'.
Step 2: Click on 'Wallet' from the left side of your screen.
Step 3: Click on 'Deposit' in the top right corner of your screen.

Step 4: You will have three options to deposit funds into your Wallet. Be sure to consider the processing times for each option so you can plan ahead for when your funds will be available to issue to your employees.
Step 5: Once your funds have been processed you will see your 'Available balance' on the Wallet screen.

Are Wallet funds FDIC insured?
Yes, Lincoln Savings Bank is an FDIC member. Deposit Insurance covers the failure of an insured bank. Under FDIC rules, all deposits owned by a corporation, partnership or unincorporated entity (including a for-profit or a not-for-profit organization) at the same bank are added together and insured up to $250,000, separately from the personal accounts of the owners or members.
Where are Wallet funds located?
While you see the balance of your Wallet in your Dashboard, these funds are not located within Everlance, as Everlance is not a bank. Your Wallet account is a checking account provided by Lincoln Savings Bank, Member FDIC.
