It's Outside The Current Period
Your company has set a deadline for submitting mileage reports, and if you submit them after the deadline, they will be marked as late. If you have trips from a previous time period that you want to get reimbursed for based on mileage, you'll need to create a separate report for those trips. For instance, if the deadline is for March trips, but you have trips from February, you'll need to create two reports - one for March trips and another one for February trips.
