Are you looking for a way to sort your employees? Suppose you're an Account Owner or Super Admin wishing to export a complete list of your organization, or a Manager wishing to export a list of employees who still need to download the app. This option to export your members based on columns and filters is available on the Members page.
Follow the steps below to learn how to apply filters and export your members :
Step 1: Go to the "Members" section on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Use the pages at the top to view "All Members" or sort those with an "Onboarding" status.
Step 3: On the All Members page, click "Edit Columns" in the top right corner and select the fields you want to include in your export. The available data depends on what's entered in each employee's profile and may include details like team, manager email, employee ID, status, program, roles, phone number, start and end dates, active status, leave dates, state, zip code, annual business mileage, commute disallowance amount, metadata, and more.
Step 4: You can then apply filters on the left side of your screen to sort your members by Team, Program, Compliance Status, Role, Start Date, and End Date.
If you're on the Onboarding page you can also filter by Admin and Member tasks.
Step 5: Once your filters have been applied, select the 'Export' button.
Step 6: You'll see how many members will be included in your export based on the applied filters.
Step 7: You can choose whether to include all columns in your export or just the visible columns you selected in step 3.
Step 8: Finally, choose your 'File format' and click 'Export'.
Your export will then download to your computer and appear in the 'Data Exports' section of the Team Dashboard for the next 7 days.
