It's Outside The Current Period
Your company has set a deadline for submitting mileage reports, and if you submit them after the deadline, they will be marked as late. If you have trips from a previous time period that you want to get reimbursed for based on mileage, you'll need to create a separate report for those trips. For instance, if the deadline is for March trips, but you have trips from February, you'll need to create two reports - one for March trips and another one for February trips.
You Have Already Submitted a Report for That Pay Period
If you want to submit another report for the same time period, but you've already submitted one, you'll need to unsubmit the first report before creating a new one with the additional trips and expenses.
However, if you want to create a new report with different trips and expenses, you can select "Create New Report" and add the new information without affecting the first report you submitted.
