Enhance your trip and transaction organization with our tagging feature! After classifying your trips and transactions, you can easily add tags to streamline your information. This helpful tool is available to all drivers, with team members gaining access to their team's specific tags for even more organized record-keeping.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: Navigate to the Trips or Transactions tab of the app.
Step 2: Tap on the 'List' icon in the top right corner.
Step 3: Tap the bubble and add a green checkmark next to each trip you want to add a Tag to.
Step 4: Tap on 'Add Tags'.
Step 5: Enter a new tag or search for an existing one.
- Prior to creating a new trip tag, perform a quick search to see if it already exists.
- Verify that an existing tag isn't available before initiating the creation of a new one.
Note: If you are part of a team, you can only utilize pre-set tags and cannot generate new ones.
Step 6: After you finish adding your tags, click 'Done'.
Great job! You successfully added tags.
Step 1: Log into your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Trips'.
Step 3: Click on the Trip you want to add a Tag to.
Step 4: Click 'Add Tags'.
Step 5: To enter a new tag or search for an existing one, simply click on the search bar. Prior to creating a new trip tag, perform a quick search to see if it already exists. You will want to verify that an existing tag isn't available before creating a new one. Note: If you are part of a team, you can only utilize pre-set tags and cannot generate new ones. Step 6: Scroll to the top of the Trips screen and click 'Save'. You're finished! You've just added a tag!

The main difference between a Work Purpose and a Tag is that you can apply multiple tags to a single trip or transaction.

How can drivers on teams use tags?
If you are a driver on a team using the mobile app to track your drives, you will have pre-set tags to choose from when tagging your trips and transactions. All you have to do is search for the tag you want to add to your trip or transaction and it will appear in the search results.
