Simplify the process of report submission for your employees by incorporating Schedules into your Program.
Admins can streamline the workflow by adding Schedules to ensure automatic creation of draft reports aligned with your company’s reimbursement or payroll schedule. This feature eliminates the need for employees to manually create reports with the correct dates and categorize mileage/expenses. By adding a schedule to your program, Admins empower their drivers with the convenience of having draft reports generated automatically.
Follow the steps below to learn how to add a Schedule to your Program:
Step 1: To apply a Schedule to a Program, go to 'Team Settings'.
Step 2: Select 'Programs'.
Step 2: Select the Program to which you want to add a Schedule from the Program list.
Step 3: Click the 'Variable Schedule' dropdown and choose the frequency for your Reports. If you need to edit or create a new schedule click here.
Step 4: Click on the 'Save' button located in the top right corner, and your Schedule will be saved to your Program!
Your employees, within the assigned program, will now receive automatic reports based on the program's schedule.
