Follow this checklist to set up your Everlance Business account. If you’d like to see a tutorial for any process outlined below, just click on the links below to learn more.
1: Invite your members from the Team Dashboard
Add members to send out invitations. Once your team members have accepted the invitations, they'll be able to enjoy their Premium benefits like automatic trip and expense tracking, Work Hours, and high-priority customer support.

2. Set up your Team Purposes
Purposes allow your employees to keep all of the mileage, expenses, and revenue separate for each source of income or category. Team Members will see the Purposes as preset options on their devices.

3: Set up your Team Settings
Have frequently visited locations, expense categories, and mileage rates and purposes that you'd like to set for your whole team or just a sub-team? Set them up on the Team Dashboard! If your company has an approval process for mileage and expenses, adjust the Approval Flow to meet your team's needs with Reports.
4: Watch your team’s progress with the Summary
No need to wait for the end of a pay period to see how mileage and expenses are stacking up: the Summary feature can show you where your team is currently at. Want to see individual work-related trips and expenses before even generating a report? Click on the team member to take a peek.
5: Generate an Export or approve Reports
Create mileage and expense exports by member, sub-teams or departments, or for the entire team in minutes. If members are submitting Reports, approve or reject these Reports and process the reimbursement payments while keeping your team updated on the status of their claims.
