Getting started for administrators
1. Set your team settings
a. Make sure you're logged into the web dashboard and click "Team Dashboard."
b. Click "Team Settings."
c. Click "Rates & Purposes."
e. To organize your team's trips by purpose, add custom purposes and their mileage rates by clicking "+ Add New." Then, your employees will be able to classify their trips & transactions under one of these purposes.
2. Invite people to your team
a. Click "Members."
b. Click "Add Team Member"
c. Enter the email address(es) of your managers, select their team, and pick their role as "Manager." Click "Add" to invite them to your team. Repeat this process for your team members.
3. Get your members up to speed
Once your team is set up, tell your team how they should report their mileage every month. There are two options: submit Reports or use Data Exports. You can more about each option below.

How do I set up Reports?
Reports are easy to submit, review, and approve all in Everlance. Follow these steps, and you’ll be approving Reports in no time (you can also check out our quick video tutorial here and here is a Reports Quick Start Guide for Team Members).
What are Exports?
Data Exports are easy-to-read summaries that you can download as Excel, CSV, or PDF files. For step-by-step instructions for viewing a Team Member’s Data Export from the Team Dashboard, please read this guide. Members can download their own Data Exports to submit or you can download their Data Exports on their behalf using the Team Dashboard.
If team members are added or removed, adjust the seat count in your plan.
