A report can only be canceled/unsubmitted if it has not yet been approved by your Manager (must still be in the “Needs Approval” status).
Once a report has been approved, it cannot be edited. Essentially, it is “locked” for further editing by the employee. This ensures that the report stays the same for any additional approvers that need to approve the report.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: Go to the 'Reports' tab in the app.
Step 2: Select the report you need to unsubmit. Remember it must be in the 'Needs Approval' stage in order to unsubmit the report.
Step 3: Select 'Unsubmit' in the top right corner.
Step 4: Select 'Unsubmit' again. The report should go back to the draft status where you will be able to add trips and make changes.
Step 1: Log into your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Reports' from the left-hand side.
Step 3: Select the report you need to unsubmit. Remember it must be in the 'Needs Approval' stage to unsubmit the report.
Step 4: Select 'Unsubmit' in the top right corner.
Step 5: Click 'Unsubmit' again to confirm and then you’re done! You can now edit and make changes to your report. Don't forget to resubmit the report once you're finished.
