If you need to, you can cancel an AutoSave deposit up to 24 hours after the deposit has been scheduled (please note: once the deposit process has begun the funds will be unavailable for withdrawal until they have been successfully processed).
To cancel an upcoming AutoSave deposit please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the app on your phone to the "Tax Vault" page and tap "Scheduled Auto Saves".
Step 2: Tap the scheduled "Auto Save" you wish to cancel.
Step 3: Tap "Cancel Transfer" (located towards to bottom of the screen in red font)
Step 4: Select a Reason
Success! Your transfer has successfully been canceled.
