Need to search for trips by date or purpose? By using a filter, you can customize your search in a matter of seconds! Use the filter feature to either batch classify your trips or just view them more easily without endless scrolling. Filtering applies to both unclassified and classified trips.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: Go to the Trips tab.
Step 2: From the Trips tab, select All at the top of the screen so you know that you are viewing all of your Trips.
Step 3: Tap on the 'Edit'
Step 4: Tap on 'Filter'
Step 5: Filter your trips by Date, Start Place, End Place, or Purpose. You may choose one or all the fields to filter from. After selections have been made, select the 'Filter' button at bottom of your screen.
Step 6: A green bar will appear near the bottom of your screen indicating the number of Trips we have found based on your filter options. Select 'Classify All As' to bulk classify your filtered trips or just view the trips individually.
Step 7: Choose the classification you want and select 'Yes' to save
Step 8: You can use the 'Select multiple' button to make changes to multiple trips at once.
Step 9: A checkmark on the trip card indicates that you've selected your trips. Once you have chosen your trips, you can Classify, Merge, Delete, or Add Tags to multiple trips at once.
Step 1: From the Everlance app, tap on the menu icon at the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Select 'Trips'
Step 3: Tap on the drop-down arrow to view 'All' Trips
Step 4: Select the 'Filter' icon in the top right corner of your screen
Step 5: You can apply filters such as Purpose, Start Date, End Date, Start Place, and End Place. Once you've selected your filters, click 'Filter'
Step 6: You can use the 'Select multiple' button at the top of the screen to make changes to multiple trips at once.
Step 7: A checkmark on the trip card indicates that you've selected your trips. Once you have chosen your trips, you can Classify, Merge, Delete, or Add Tags to multiple trips at once.
Step 1: From the Web Dashboard, click on 'Trips'
Step 2: There are two ways to view your trips. The hamburger icon with two lines allows you to see a more detailed view of your trips and the hamburger button with three lines allows you to see more trips on a single trip screen.
Step 3: For both options, you can use 'Filters' to search for your Trips.
Step 4: From the smaller trip view you can select your trips by clicking the box next to the trip card until a green check mark appears. You can Classify, Merge and Delete (trash icon) your trips from the top of the screen.
From the larger Trip view, click on 'Select Multiple' and click on the trip cards that you would like to make changes to.
You can then Classify, Merge and Delete (trash icon) your trips from the top of the screen.
