Need to search for trips by date or purpose? By using a filter, you can customize your search in a matter of seconds! Use the filter feature to either batch classify your trips or just view them more easily without endless scrolling. Filtering applies to both unclassified and classified trips.

Web Dashboard
Step 1: Go to the Trips tab.
Step 2: Click the Filter button in the top right corner.
Step 3: Set the parameters for the Filter.
If you need to reclassify Trips from a specific Purpose, you can set that in the Purpose field. You only need to select one parameter to filter your Trips.
Step 4: Select All or Select Multiple Trips to batch reclassify.
Step 5: Click Classify All and choose a new Purpose.
Please keep in mind that for your company to see these Trips, they should be classified under a company set Purpose.
Step 6: Confirm the change by clicking Yes.

Step 1: Select Trips on the menu screen.
Step 2: Select the 3 dots in the top right of the corner and you'll see several options. In this case, you'll select Filter Trips.
Step 3: Filter your trips by date, Favorite Place, or Purpose. You may choose one or all the fields to filter from. After selections have been made, select the green Filter button.
Step 4: A blue bar will appear at the top of your screen indicating the number of trips we have found based on your filter options. You can just view the trips or select Classify As in the top right to batch-classify your filtered trips to the correct category.
Step 5: Choose the new classification.
Please keep in mind that for your company to see these Trips, they should be classified under a company set Purpose.
Step 6: Confirm the change and you should be good to go!

iPhone
Step 1: Go to the Trips tab.
Step 2: Click Edit in the upper right side of the screen.
Step 3: Tap on Filter to pull up Trips filtered by Date, Purpose, or Favorite Place.
Selecting Multiple will allow you to manually choose the Trips you'd like to reclassify.
Step 4: Filter your trips by Date, Favorite Place, or Purpose. You may choose one or all the fields to filter from. After selections have been made, select the green Filter button.
Step 5: Tap Classify All As.
Step 6: Choose the new classification.
Please keep in mind that for your company to see these Trips, they should be classified under a company set Purpose.
Step 7: Confirm and you're done!
