Having tracker trouble? One step you can take is to tell the Android system to not limit Everlance while it tracks your mileage. The steps might look a bit differently on your specific Android device, but these general guidelines will help:
1. Open the app and go to Tracker Settings tab
2. Click on the Tracker Checklist (last option on the screen).
3. This will take you to a new Tracker Checklist screen. If battery optimization needs to be fixed, you will seed a red "Fix" button next to this option like the one pictured here.
4. Click the red "Fix" button pictured above and this will take you to a new screen that reads Battery Optimization at the top. If the dropdown menu reads "Not optimized" (as it does in this example), go to step 5. If it already reads All Apps, continue to step 6.
Step 5. Click on Not Optimized and select All Apps from the dropdown menu.
Step 6. Scroll through the list of apps until you find Everlance (everything should be in alphabetical order) and tap it with your finger. You'll see this option pop up.
Step 7. Make sure you select "Off" or "Don't optimize". The wording may be different on your device, but make sure that battery optimization is OFF for Everlance.
