We are working hard every day to make more and more improvements to our mileage tracker. To ensure that that the tracker records all your trips take a look at your Tracker Checklist:
Best practice tips:
- Make sure "Auto Detection" is turned ON.
- Set Location Service to "Always" if you're an iPhone user, or turn Battery Optimization OFF for Everlance if you're an Android user.
- Have WIFI ON even when you are driving.
- Check your GPS strength with the Everlance Tracker Checklist.
- Open the app at least once a week.
- Allow the app to automatically update, or manually update the app to its current version.
Here is how you can access your tracker checklist:

Android
Step 1: Click on Tracker Settings.
Step 2: Next, click on the Tracker Checklist.
Step 3: Green means good to go! If you see all checkmarks, then you are all set to drive. If not, please check on the issue or contact our support team at support@everlance.com.
Click FIX to be directed to the appropriate setting where you can resolve this issue. If you'd like a little help fixing battery optimization, please click here.
Step 4: You're ready to go!
Please note: If the app isn't opened regularly, the Android system will limit the tracker running in the background because it isn't opened as frequently as other apps. Since Everlance is an app that is designed to run in the background, it's recommended that the app is opened at least once a week to ensure the Android system doesn't shut it down.

iPhone
Step 1: Click on the Account button.
Step 2: Click on Tracker Settings.

Step 4: Green means go! Make sure your GPS signal is strong and have turned on: Location Services, Auto Detection, and WIFI.
