The Account Owner has unrestricted access to all features, settings, teams and members and can:
- Access everything on the Team Dashboard, including the billing information, seat amount, and invoices
- See any member on the team and sub-teams
- Add new members to any Team and organize the team structure
- Change permissions and roles for any member on the team and sub-teams
- Create Programs and Schedules
- Review and approve/deny expense and mileage reports
- Generate data exports for any active member
- Generate Team Summary exports
- Assign Super Admins
A Super Admin has unrestricted access to all features, settings and members and can:
- Access everything on the Team Dashboard, including the billing information, seat amount, and invoices
- See any member on the team and sub-teams
- Add new members to any Team and organize the team structure
- Change permissions and roles for any member on the team and sub-teams
- Create Programs and Schedules
- Review and approve/deny expense and mileage reports
- Generate data exports for any member
- Generate Team Summary exports
A Manager has access to any member on their team or sub-teams and can:
- Use the Team Dashboard to see their team and sub-teams
- Invite or reassign new members to their team and sub-teams
- Review and approve/deny expense and mileage reports
- Review Programs
- Generate data exports for members on their teams and sub-teams
- Generate Team Summary reports
A Manager Limited has access any member on their own team and can:
- Use the Team Dashboard to see their team
- Invite new members to their team
- Review and approve/deny expense and mileage reports
- Generate data exports for members of their team
- Generate Team Summary reports
A Member cannot access any other member’s information. They can only:
- Use the Personal Dashboard to see their own mileage and expenses
- Edit their own mileage and expenses
- Submit reports
A Reviewer can review compliance submissions only:
- Cannot access any Members
