The Owner (also known as the Root Admin):
- Has full access to the Team Dashboard, including the billing information, seat amount, and invoices.
- Can access any member on the team and sub-teams.
- Can add new members to any Team and organize the team structure.
- Can change permissions and roles for any member on the team and sub-teams.
- Can generate data exports for all members.
- Can set up Approval Flow in the Team Dashboard
- Can review and approve/deny expense and mileage reports.
- Can generate Team Summary exports.
An Admin:
- Has access to the Team Dashboard to see their team and sub-teams.
- Can access any member on their team or sub-teams.
- Can invite new members to their team and sub-teams.
- Can generate data exports for members on their teams and sub-teams.
- Can generate Team Summary reports.
A Manager:
- Has access to the Team Dashboard to see their team.
- Can access any member on their own team.
- Can invite new members to their team.
- Can generate data exports for members of their team.
- Can generate Team Summary reports.
A Member:
- Has access to the Web Dashboard.
- Can view their own Work and Personal mileage and expenses
- Cannot access any other member’s information.
