Need to update the number of seats being charged to your account after removing or adding members? Follow the steps below to change the number of seats in your plan.
Step 1: Click on the Teams Dashboard button
Step 2: Select Billing
Step 3. Select UPDATE in the PLANS section
Step 4. Enter the number of seats you would like to be charged for in your next invoice
Step 5. Select CHANGE PLAN
You should now see the correct amount of seats you’ll be charged for in your next invoice. Please keep in mind that there may be Overage Charges if the number of members shown in the Overview exceeds the number of seats in your plan by more than the one allotted Owner seat.
