Why do I need to enter my credit card info to get the free trial?
Our system requires it in order to issue a subscription, even if it's free. After the trial ends, you’ll be billed at the regular price unless you cancel during the trial. You’ll still have access to Starter features until the trial ends!
Does Everlance combine/merge with Favor?
Why was I charged the full price when I had a discount through Favor?
If you were charged for the full price instead of receiving the Favor discount, there could be a couple of reasons:
1. Check your billing source:
The Favor promotion is only applicable through Everlance's billing system. If you were charged through Google Play or Apple, you will need to request a refund (click here to learn more). Once refunded, you can resubscribe through our Favor exclusive page.
2. If you were billed through Everlance but didn't receive the discount, reach out to our customer support team. They can assist you in applying the promo code to your subscription.
