From a Computer:
Step 1: Go to this Favor exclusive page. 

Step 2: Click the green 'Get Everlance' button. 

Step 3: Click 'Unlock Premium' from the side menu. 

Step 4: Click on 'Start 30 days free trial'. 

Step 5: Fill in your billing details and click 'Start 30 days free trial'. 

That's it! You've just claimed your promotion with Favor!

From the Everlance App:

Step 1: Go to this Favor exclusive page. 

Step 2: Click the green 'Get Everlance' button. 

Step 3: Tap on the orange 'Start 30 day free trial' button.

Step 4: Enter your billing details and tap 'Subscribe'.

Our system requires it in order to issue a subscription, even if it's free. After the trial ends, you’ll be billed at the regular price unless you cancel during the trial. You’ll still have access to Starter features until the trial ends!

If you were charged for the full price instead of receiving the Favor discount, there could be a couple of reasons:

1. Check your billing source:
The Favor promotion is only applicable through Everlance's billing system. If you were charged through Google Play or Apple, you will need to request a refund (click here to learn more). Once refunded, you can resubscribe through our Favor exclusive page. 

2. If you were billed through Everlance but didn't receive the discount, reach out to our customer support team. They can assist you in applying the promo code to your subscription.
