How do I access the discount for Shoppers from a computer?
Step 1: Go to this Shipt Shopper-exclusive page.
Step 2: Click the green 'Get Started Today' button.
Step 3: Click 'Unlock Premium' from the side menu.
Step 4: Make sure the toggle is switched to 'Billed yearly', then click on 'Start 7 day free trial'.
Step 5: Fill in your billing details and under 'Coupon' enter 'Evershipt' to receive 15% off your first year of Starter or Professional.

How do I access the discount for Shipt from the app?
From the Everlance App:

Why do I need to enter my credit card info to get the free trial?
Our system requires it in order to issue a subscription, even if it's free. After the trial ends, you’ll be billed at the regular price unless you cancel during the trial. You’ll still have access to your Starter or Professional features until the trial ends!
Why was I charged the full price when I had a discount through Shipt?
If you were charged for the full price instead of receiving the Shipt discount, there could be a couple of reasons:
1. Check your billing source:
The Shipt promotion is only applicable through Everlance's billing system. If you were charged through Google Play or Apple, you will need to request a refund (click here to learn more). Once refunded, you can resubscribe through our Shipt exclusive page.
2. If you were billed through Everlance but didn't receive the discount, reach out to our customer support team. They can assist you in applying the promo code to your subscription.
