We know it can be a bit confusing to track your mileage and see nothing in your export! To troubleshoot the problem, please watch this brief tutorial or read the bullet points below.
- Double check the dates - Incorrect dates selected will generate a blank report.
- Check the Export type - Some users may want a Mileage export, while others may only want a Transaction export. Make sure that you are viewing your Trips export if you track mileage, or your transactions export if you track expenses. Data Exports sent via email will be sent in 2 separate emails, so it's important to check which email you viewed!
