Everlance for Canada

Everlance is CRA-compliant for Canadian users, allowing you to track your mileage and expenses with ease. For 2025, the CRA mileage rates are 72 cents per kilometer for the first 5,000 kilometers and 66 cents per kilometer for any additional distance, while in the Territories, the rates are slightly higher at 76 cents per kilometer for the first 5,000 kilometers and 70 cents per kilometer thereafter.

While the app’s default settings are tailored to the US, you can quickly adjust them to align with Canadian requirements:

1. Change your mileage rate:

• You can customize your mileage calculation rate for tax reporting purposes (its default settings are set to the IRS Standard Mileage Rate). You can learn more about the CRA Mileage Rate here.

2. Change your mileage reading to Kilometers:

Once you have done this, you are good to go!
