Need to search for transactions by date or purpose? By using a filter, you can customize your search in a matter of seconds! Use the filter feature to either batch classify your transactions or just view them more easily without endless scrolling. Filtering applies to both unclassified and classified transactions. Watch the tutorial for a quick explanation or keep scrolling:
Step 1: Click on the Transactions tab on the lefthand side of the screen.
Step 2: Click the Filter button in the right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enter the details of the trips you need to find (search by Date, Type, Purpose, or Bank Account).
Step 4: The screen will then show the results that were filtered according to the options you selected. Now, you can choose what you'd like to do with the filtered transactions. In order to Edit / Classify transactions, press Select Multiple.
Step 5: Scroll down and check the transactions that you need to make changes to (edit, classify, etc). You can only perform one action at a time, so select the trips you need to perform the same action on.
Step 6: When you've selected all of them, press the button at the top of the menu tab to complete whatever task you need (Classify/Delete/Create a Data Export). Then you're done!
