Everlance sends users Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly reports with their mileage and expense data. If you would like to opt-out of these as well as choose not to receive updates and the release of new features, please complete the following steps. 

Step 1: Using a Laptop or PC, log into your Web Dashboard. Click on Account in the top right corner of the screen. 

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile Settings page and go to Communication Preferences. If the slider is green that means it is ON and if it is grey that means that it is OFF.

Step 3: Click the Save button in the right-hand corner of the Communications Preferences box and you're done!
