Did you know that you can simplify your accounting process by sending your Everlance data exports directly to your accountant? This method allows you to effortlessly share your information, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your home screen.
Step 2: Scroll down to 'Generate Data Export'.
Step 3: Select the date and filters for your export, then select Additional Recipients.
Step 4: Enter your accountant's email addresses and tap Save.
Step 5: Tap on 'Export Data'.
Your Tax Pro will then receive an email to view your export. This email will include a link for them to download your export.
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Data Exports' from the side menu.
Step 3: Click 'New Export' in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 4: Fill out the information for your data export and click on 'Additional recipients'.
Step 5: Enter your accountant's email and click 'Generate export'.
Your accountant will then receive an email to view your export. This email will include a link for them to download your export.
