- Report Won't Open
If the report won't open on your computer, try using a different program. If you downloaded a spreadsheet (CSV) report, try Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or OpenOffice Calc. If you have PDF report, try opening it in your browser (File > Open), using Adobe Acrobat or Apple Preview.
If you're having difficulty opening it from your mobile phone (especially Android), you'll need to open it using a computer since your device likely doesn't support CSV files.
- Report Says Access Denied
This error means that the report has expired. For your security, links to download data reports expire after 7 days. You can create a new report in the app or via the web dashboard at any time.
