Onboarding status applies only to certain roles within Everlance. If you don’t see an onboarding status for a user, it may be because of their assigned role.
Who does not get an onboarding status?
- Account Owners (AO) and Super Admins (SA) – These roles are always excluded from onboarding.
- Reviewers – If a user’s only role is Reviewer, they will not have an onboarding status.
Who can have an onboarding status?
- Members
- Managers
- Manager Limited
- Manager + Reviewer
