How to Automatically Flag or Reject Reports for Trips Recorded on Specific Days of the Week

Would you like reports to be flagged or rejected when a trip is recorded on specific days or weekends? Use the 'Trips on Weekend' template to flag or reject trips on days like Saturdays and Sundays. You can customize it to include both weekend days or adjust it for other weekdays to match a non-traditional schedule.

For example, if your team works Monday through Thursday, you can modify the template to flag or reject trips from Friday to Sunday.

Follow the steps below to learn how: 

Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard. 

Step 2: Click on 'Team Settings' from the left side of your screen. 

Step 3: Click on 'Automations'. 

Step 4: Click the 'Trips on Weekend' template at the top of your screen. 

Step 5: Select whether you'd like trips taken during non-working days to be rejected or flagged. 

Step 6: Next, modify the days to match your company's work week. Click 'Add condition' to enter new days.

Step 7: You'll also want to modify the rule name and description to help your members understand why their report was flagged or rejected.

Once you are finished, click on 'Save' in the top right corner of your screen.
