Need to save a copy of your report for your records? Follow these simple steps to download a submitted report using the Web Dashboard. Please note: This feature is only available on the Web Dashboard. If you need help creating and submitting a report to your manager, click here.
Steps to Download a Report:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Reports' in the menu.
Step 3: Select the report you'd like to download.
Step 4: Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the report details screen.
Step 5: Choose 'Download' from the dropdown menu.
Step 6: Select your preferred format and decide if you'd like to include attachments, such as receipts and map images.
Step 7: Click 'Download', and your report will be sent to your email.
It’s that easy! Save a copy of your report to your computer, then use your printer settings to print it if you'd like.
