In this tutorial, we'll show you how to Reply or Forward your Data Exports from your email inbox or spam folder.
Once you have generated your Data Exports, such as 🚗 Mileage (aka Trips) and/or 💳 Transactions (aka Expenses and/or Revenues) from the Everlance app or dashboard, they'll be sent to your email (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, AOL, iCloud, etc). You can then Reply to or Forward these emails.
ℹ️ Please Note:
- Check your Inbox or Spam using the email associated with your Everlance account.
- Data Exports are delivered in two separate emails by default so make sure you've generated the correct one:
- Transactions Export: 💳 “Your Transactions Export is Ready :) (1 of 2)”
- Mileage Export: 🚗 “Your Mileage Export is Ready :) (2 of 2)”

- For sending Data Exports to your tax professional, simply Forward the email, adding a message if needed.
To learn how to Reply or Forward your Data Exports, first choose your email provider:
Gmail
Step 1: Go to your Gmail Inbox and/or Spam, simply click on the correct email you need that was sent to you.
Step 2: Locate these icons in the top right corner of the email and click on the 3 dots placed vertically.

You can also scroll to the bottom of the email and click 'Reply' or 'Forward'.
Outlook or Hotmail
Step 1: Go to your Outlook.com or Hotmail.com Inbox and/or Spam, simply click on the correct email you need that was sent to you.
Step 2: Next, locate the arrow icons in the top right corner of the email.
To Reply:

You can also scroll to the bottom of the email and click 'Reply' or 'Forward'.
Or at the top of the home bar.
Yahoo
Step 1: Go to your Yahoo Inbox, simply click on the correct email you need that was sent to you.
Step 2: Next, locate the arrow icons at the top of the email.

Aol
Step 1: Go to your Aol Inbox, simply click on the correct email you need that was sent to you.
Step 2: Next, locate these arrow icons at the top of the email.

iCloud
Step 1: Go to iCloud Mail Inbox and simply click on the correct email you need that was sent to you.
Step 2: Next, locate these arrow icons at the top of the email.

You can also click on the circle with 3 dots placed horizontally to 'Reply' or 'Forward'.
