Curious about a driver's compliance situation? As an admin, being able to view the compliance history of your team members is essential for keeping your team organized and informed. This data helps you spot any issues or patterns of non-compliance, ensuring everyone meets the necessary requirements for licenses, insurance, and vehicles.
To learn how to view your team member's compliance history, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Compliance' from the left-side menu.
Step 3: Here, you will see an overview of your teams' compliance status.
Please note: 'Vehicle compliance' is for FAVR programs only. Accountable Plan programs should always show "Compliant" and CPM programs "N/A"
Step 4: To view why a member was non-compliant, hover over the 'Not Compliant' status for either Document or Vehicle compliance, and a black box should appear.
In this example, the employee's vehicle's model year is older than the maximum age requirement for the program's Vehicle Compliance requirements.
Step 5: To view the entire history for an employee, click 'View history' on the right side of the screen.
Step 6: This will open up the Compliance History drawer where you will be able to see the date and reasons for non-compliance for past submissions.
Please remember, that being non-compliant with Document requirements has different consequences than being non-compliant with Vehicle requirements. You can learn more about that here.
That's it! You now know how to view your team members' compliance history.
Pro tip!
To easily view non-compliant team members, use the filter button at the top to filter your members by rejected compliance statuses.
