Admins now have the capability to archive unused programs that have no members assigned to them, directly from the Team Dashboard.
Follow the steps below to learn how to archive a program:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to 'Team Settings'.
Step 3: Click on 'Programs'.
Step 4: Locate the program you wish to remove and scroll right until you find the 'Archive' button associated with it. Click on 'Archive' to proceed.
Important: Before archiving a program, ensure that all active members have been removed from it. Click here to learn how to reassign a member's program.
Step 5: You will then receive a notification before archiving asking, 'Are you sure?'. Click 'Yes' to archive the program.
Step 6: You'll then receive a confirmation that your program was successfully archived.
That's it! You've successfully archived a program. Archived programs can no longer be assigned to members however the historical data related to that program will still be visible in the user's program history for periods in which the program was active.
For example, if a program was active in 2022 but is now archived, employees will still be able to see program data from the 2022 period.
