If you're having trouble getting our emails, here are quick fixes:

Check Spam/Trash: Look there to make sure our emails aren't hiding.
Add Contacts: Add support@everlance.com and noreply@everlance.com to your contacts. Then, retry the report—wait 20 mins for it to arrive.
