Deleting your account is a permanent action, and it means all your data, including trips, transactions, and account information, will be removed and cannot be recovered.
To ensure your information is not lost, we recommend exporting your trip or transaction data to your email and downloading it to your computer. Keep in mind that exports expire after a week, so you will need to download your file.
If you're sure about proceeding with permanent account deletion, please send an email to support@everlance.com with the following:
"DELETE [insert account email]"
