Unfortunately, if you're unable to find your bank listed under Account > Bank/Card Integration, it means that the third-party tool we use (Plaid) doesn't currently support it. While we're continuously working with Plaid to expand our bank support, it's worth noting that popular requests like Dasher Direct or Lyft Direct through Stride bank are still not supported.
Although we're actively collaborating with Plaid to include support for more banks, we can't specify when your bank will be supported in the future. In the meantime, you can manually add your transactions by using the '+' sign in the app.
