Have you noticed that some transactions may be missing from your account? No worries! We're here to help! In this guide, we will navigate through the process of refreshing your account and resolving any missing transactions.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: From the Everlance app, tap on the 'Settings' icon from the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: From the side menu, select 'Bank/Card Integration'.
Step 3: Tap on the account that you are missing transactions from.
Step 4: Select 'Refresh' and this will fetch transactions from your connected bank account or card.
If you encounter ongoing issues with your account, consider selecting the 'Unlink Institution' option and then reconnecting your account using the Bank Integration feature.
Should you still find transactions missing on the app, please reach out to our support team at support@everlance.com, detailing the problem. Ensure you inform them that you have attempted both the account refresh and relinking steps. Additionally, provide the support team with the specific date range and transaction amounts that are missing This information is crucial for them to open a case with Plaid, the third-party tool responsible for syncing your transactions.
