Our Summary feature is a powerful tool that provides you with a quick and comprehensive overview of your team members' engagement and use of the Everlance app. With the ability to apply various filters such as Name, Role, Team Miles, Team Expenses, Unclassified Miles, Total Miles, and Personal Miles, this feature becomes a valuable indicator to help you identify who is diligently tracking and classifying their trips and who may need some guidance.
In this article, we will walk you through the steps to make the most of this feature, enabling you to stay informed and proactive in managing your team's activities.
Follow the steps below to get started:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on your Team Dashboard.
Step 3: Click on 'Summary'
Step 4: Here, you will see a list of all your team members. You can utilize the 'Edit Columns' feature on the right side of your screen to apply filters such as Name, Role, Team Miles, Team Expenses, Unclassified Miles, Total Miles, and Personal Miles. As you apply filters, the dashboard will automatically update to reflect the variables you've selected.
Step 5: The calendar at the top allows you to select the date range for your summary view.
A great way to determine whether users have downloaded the app is by checking their Total Miles. If you notice "O Miles," this suggests that either they haven't started using the app or their settings might prevent their trips from tracking.
Another useful filter to consider is examining 'Unclassified Trips.' If you come across a user with numerous unclassified trips, it could indicate that they may require assistance in classifying their trips or in distinguishing between work-related and personal trips.
There are many ways for teams to make the most of filters on the Team Summary page. When you use these filters effectively, you can stay ahead and well-informed, ensuring the continued success of your team and organization.
