Need to separate the mileage for your personal and business vehicles? Not a problem! Everlance lets you go back and edit the vehicle details of previous trips and also lets you change the primary vehicle on the app for upcoming Trips.
If you haven't added the second vehicle to your profile yet, please click here for instructions before continuing. If you already have, please keep reading.
To learn how to change your primary vehicle, first select your device:
Step 1: Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your home screen.
Step 2: Go to 'Vehicles.'
Step 3: Select your Vehicle.
Step 4: Tap the toggle to turn on your primary vehicle and tap 'Save' in the top right corner.
If you need to change the vehicle on a trip card, tap on the vehicle icon and highlight the vehicle you were using for this trip. The app will automatically save your changes.
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to 'Settings' from the left side of your screen.
Step 3: Click on 'Vehicles'.
Step 4: Select your vehicle.
Step 5: Tap the toggle at the top of your screen to turn on your primary vehicle and click 'Save'.
To change the vehicle on a trip card, double-click the trip, select your vehicle, and click 'Save' from the top right corner of your screen.
