Perhaps you have recently changed banks or no longer require transaction tracking for a specific account. Alternatively, our support team might have advised you to disconnect your account for troubleshooting purposes. Regardless of the motive, unlinking your account is a simple process.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: Tap the Profile button in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Go to Bank / Card Integration.
Step 3: Tap on the bank you want to unlink.
Step 4: Tap 'Unlink Institution'
You are finished! You've just unlinked your card from the app.
Step 1: Log into your account from the Web Dashboard
Step 2: Click on Settings from the side menu
Step 3: Click on Banks & Cards
Step 4: Select the bank or card that you would like to unlink. In this example, I'll be unlinking my PayPal account from the app.
Step 5: Select Unlink
Step 6: Select Unlink again
You are finished! You've just unlinked your card from the app.
