How to View Your Trip Summary
To see a summary of all your trips, navigate to the homepage. This will show you your total classified mileage, and mileage this year. You can filter here to show your classified or unclassified trips, which is a great way to keep track of your mileage.
How to Create a Report
1. Navigate to the Reports section of the home screen.
2. Next to each report, you can see their status. Draft means unsubmitted, Needs Approval means submitted but awaiting approval, Approved means it has been reviewed and approved, and Rejected means reviewed and rejected.
3. For many drivers, your reports will be auto-created as pay periods. If your report has not been auto-created then you can create a new report by clicking on '+New'.
4. Next, Add a Report Name, select your Reporting Period, and tap 'Create'
*You will only be able to add trips based on the date range for your reporting period.
5. Then, tap 'Add Trips' to select the trips you would like to add to the report.
6. You can use the filters to select trips and select purpose to only see relevant trips.
7. Once you’ve added that trip, you can add another or click the x to return to the report and click 'Add All'.
8. Then hit 'Save' in the top right-hand corner.
How to Remove Trips from a Report
If you add the wrong trip to a report, simply swipe that trip to the left to delete it.
How to Submit a Report
Once you have all of your trips in the report, hit the green Submit button. You will have the option to confirm and add a note here.
Your admin will receive a notification of your submission, and approvals and rejections are sent in real-time.
How to Check the Status of a Report
If you have a report with a red dot next to it, that means you have a status report. Click on the report and click the red dot to see the activity or chain of events. For rejected reports, you can see why your report was rejected here. For example, here my manager has requested I add all my trips from a certain pay period, so I can go into this report, add the missing trips and resubmit.
