Adding a New Driver on the Dashboard
Step 1: From the Team Dashboard click on 'Members' from the left side of your screen.
Step 2: Click on 'Invite members' from the top right corner of your screen.
Step 3: You can start by entering your employee’s email address. Select the role, team, and program that they belong to and click ‘Send Invites’.
Please note, that if you’re inviting multiple members at once, you will need to separate their emails with a comma, and know that the role, team, and program that you selected will apply to all the members you’ve entered above.
Step 4: Once the driver has accepted the invitation, you can go to the Members tab, select the driver's profile, and then enter their personal information such as their State, Zip Code, Employee ID, etc. These details are not required for CPM Programs but they can help to identify the employee.
You can then go over to 'Program' to enter details such as the program start date or change the program if needed.
Step 5: Once you're finished click on 'Save' at the bottom of your screen.
Archive a Driver from a Program
Step 1: Go to the 'Members' screen on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Find the profile of the driver that needs to be removed from the Program. You can utilize the search bar at the top to search your employee by name, email, and employee ID.
Step 3: Click on the team member profile and go to 'Member info'.
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom in the 'Archive member' section, input their end date, and click on 'Save' at the bottom of your screen. If the end date is the present day or in the past, the driver will no longer be visible on the Members page unless you search for them using the search bar.
After their end date, the driver will still have access to the Everlance app, and their historical data so they can export and submit reports with their remaining mileage for a 30-day grace period.
