Welcome to Everlance! At Everlance our goal is to help you get reimbursed for your work mileage with little to no effort. Set up your app, drive, and let Everlance do the rest!
To begin, select your device:
To ensure that your app is ready to capture every reimbursable mile, watch the video tutorial below or keep scrolling for a step-by-step image tutorial.
a) Check your email for an invitation from Everlance
b) Click, 'Accept Invitation'
c) Create a new account
*Make sure to log in with the email address that the invitation was sent to. This is to ensure that you are connected to your company's account.
d) Download Everlance from the App Store
a) Set Location Services to 'Always' and turn on 'Precise Location'
This is to ensure that your device is able to track trips in the background as you drive.
For your privacy, personal or non-work related trips are not visible to your admin, and soon will not be tracked outside of user-designated work hours'.
Go to Settings > Everlance > Location and select Always. Then tap the toggle to turn on Precise Location.
b) Allow Everlance to access your Motion and Fitness
Go to Settings > Everlance > Motion and Fitness and turn it ON
c) Allow notifications
Go to Settings > Everlance > Notifications and Allow Notifications
Some housekeeping tips:

Keep background app refresh on (iPhone)

Always keep wifi on

Keep the app updated to ensure the best performance

Auto-detection ensures that all trips are tracked. Without Auto-Detection turned ON, you will have to manually add or manually track all trips, but for your privacy, know that personal or non-work related trips are not visible to your admin, and soon will not be tracked outside of user-designated work hours.
a) Turn ON Auto Detection
Go to Account > Tracker Settings > Auto-Detection and tap the toggle so that it is ON
b) Check the Tracker Checklist and tap 'Fix' if anything needs it
Go to Account > Tracker Settings > Tracker Checklist and tap Fix
Go to Account > Profile and Settings > Enter your first and last name and confirm your email.
Rates will be updated by go-live, but you can check that your insurance policy meets your company’s requirements. (Note: your reimbursement will factor in this level of insurance and the associated monthly rates).
Go to your Team profile page and your company policy information in your Compliance tab. If required by your company, this is also where you can submit your insurance and driver's license.

Go to Settings > Everlance > Permissions > Physical Activity and select Allow
c) Allow notifications
Go to Settings > Apps > Everlance > Notifications and select Show Notifications
