Tags serve as a useful tool for drivers to effectively handle their trips while also offering valuable insights to employers, including the ability to identify trends and patterns, such as the number of trips taken for specific customers, and more.
Drivers who are part of an organization do not have the privilege to create new tags. However, Account Owners and Super Admins can create, modify, and delete tags directly from their Team Dashboard for their team to use.
Follow the instructions below to learn how to add tags to your account:
Step 1: Log into your account on the Team Dashboard
Step 2: Click on 'Tags'
Step 3: Add individual tags using the green Add tag button or upload multiple tags at once using the white Upload multiple button
CSV file must include the Name of the tag, but the code is optional.

Step 5: Once the tag has been uploaded, you will see a confirmation message, and the tag should now be visible in the dashboard.
