Deleting unnecessary or unwanted trips not only ensures better organization but it is also a straightforward process.
However, it's important to note that once a trip is deleted, our team cannot recover the information, so please exercise caution while using this tool.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: From the home screen, tap on 'Trips'

Step 2: From the Trips tab, use the dropdown arrow to show 'All Purposes' at the top of the screen so you know that you are viewing all of your Trips.
Step 3: Tap the 'Trashcan' icon on the Trip card to remove the Trip from the app. Please note, once a trip has been deleted, there is no way to recover this information so use this button with caution.
Step 4: Tap 'Delete' to confirm the deletion of your Trip
Your Trip has been deleted!
Step 1: From the Web Dashboard, click on 'Trips'
Step 2: Scroll down until you find the trip that you would like to delete and hover over the map image until a red 'Trashcan' appears.
Step 3: Click 'Yes' to confirm the deletion. Please note, once a trip has been deleted, there is no way to recover this information so use this button with caution.
