Adding a Note allows you to leave comments that will help you remember what the trip was for (e.g. name of the client you met, etc). You can do it quickly from the Trips tab, or tap on the Trip itself to leave a note.
To begin, select your device:

Step 1: From the home screen, tap on 'Trips'

Step 2: From the Trips tab, select 'All Purposes' at the top of the screen so you know that you are viewing all of your Trips.
Step 3: Click on the Notes icon and type away! Your Note will automatically be saved
Or you can also tap on the Trip card directly and scroll down to 'Notes'. Simply enter your note and tap 'Save'
Excellent! Your Note has been saved to your Trip card!

Step 1: From the Web Dashboard, click on 'Trips'
Step 2: Scroll down until you find the trip that you would like to edit and hover your mouse over the map to bring up the Map, Note, and Vehicle icons.
Step 3: Click on the Note icon and type in the information
You're done! The Note should save automatically on the Web Dashboard.
