Do you want to add details to help remember your trip? Then adding Notes is the perfect tool for you. Adding a Note enables you to leave comments that will aid in recalling the purpose of the trip; for example, you may want to include the name of the client you met, or perhaps there was traffic and you'd like to explain why the trip took longer than normal, etc.
To start adding notes to your trip, first select your device:

Step 1: From the home screen, tap on 'Trips'.

Step 2: From the Trips tab, select 'All Trips' at the top of the screen so you know that you are viewing all of your Trips.

Step 3: Click on the Notes icon and type away! Your Note will automatically be saved.
Or you can also tap on the Trip card directly and scroll down to 'Notes'. Simply enter your note and tap 'Save'.
Excellent! Your Note has been saved to your Trip card!

Step 1: From the Web Dashboard, click on 'Trips'.
Step 2: If you need help finding a specific trip, use the search tools at the top of the page to search by purpose or date range, or use the filters in the top right corner to search by start place, end place, or vehicle. Once you have found the trip you want to add a note to, double-click on it.
Step 3: This will open the trip's detail screen. Click on the 'Note' icon and type in the information you want to add.
Step 4: When you're finished, click on 'Save' in the top right corner of your screen.
You're done! The Note should save automatically on the Web Dashboard.
