Unlock a seamless expense and revenue tracking experience as a Professional member with our Automatic Transactions feature. To get started, simply input your bank or credit/debit card details. To begin syncing your transactions, select your device:
Step 1: From the Everlance app, tap on the 'Settings' icon from the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: From the side menu, select 'Expense sync'.
Step 3: Tap 'Sync your credit card'.
Step 4: The following message will pop up. This gives us permission to sync your bank information with the app. Tap the black 'Continue' button.
Step 5: Select your bank/card provider, or tap the search bar to look for your bank/card.
Step 6: Log in with your online bank info.
Step 7: Verify your identity.
Step 8: Choose the account(s) you want Everlance to display transactions from and sync 90 days worth of transactions
Step 8: Sit back and relax and we will notify you when your transactions are ready to be viewed (this may take up to 1 hour).

Step 6: Log in with your online bank info.
Step 7: Choose the account(s) you want Everlance to display transactions from. You can sync the last 90 days and future transactions of your account to the app.
Please note: Everlance uses a third party tool, Plaid to connect your accounts to the app. Currently there is a limitation with the software and that only allows for the last 3 months to sync. We hope this will be improved in the future but unfortunately we do not have a timeframe on when this change will occur. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Step 8: Sit back and relax and we will notify you when your transactions are ready to be viewed (this may take up to 1 hour).
