Tired of keeping track of all those paper receipts that are floating around in your purse or in a shoebox under your bed? With Everlance, you can say goodbye to those paper receipts! Watch this brief tutorial or keep scrolling to learn how.
Step 1: Click on "Transactions" and click the "+" button in the bottom right. Select "Add Expense".
Step 2: Enter your expense details.
- Enter the "Merchant" details and you can use the "Search" function if you are near the establishment location (for example, a restaurant where you bought dinner).
- Tap the camera icon on the top right to take a picture of the receipt.
Step 3: Press the checkmark icon, located in the top right corner, to save your expense details. You're all set!
*When you generate a CSV/Excel Data Export of your transactions, your receipt photos will show as a URL for you to copy and paste into your browser. If you request a PDF Data Export (Premium Feature), the receipts are attached as images.
