Step 1. Classifying your trips is as easy as swiping left or right on the trip card. Make sure the filter is set to "All" at the top of the screen so you can see all the trips listed (or you can also choose "Unclassified" to just see unclassified trips.
Step 2. Categorize as Work: Hold on the trip card and swipe to the right. You will see a green bar appear indicating the trip will be recorded as work. You can then choose the specific income source the trip will be classified as.
Step 2: Categorize as Personal by swiping left
Step 3. Categorize as Other (Moving Medical, Charity, Etc.): Hold on the trip card and swipe to the FAR left. You will see an orange bar appear which will lead you to a list of category options. You can create your own custom categories by clicking the Edit button found at the bottom of the “other” categories list.

HI. My name is Don. Just wondering if you can tell me why every time I swipe the screen of my cell phone to indicate a "work" trip the screen jumps all the way back to the latest trip I made. This is very frustrating as I am trying to go back a few weeks to classify my trips and each time I categorize a trip I then have to scroll back through all of my other trips just to have it happen again. Am I doing something wrong? I have to admit that I don't always grab my phone right away to categorize my trip but this is crazy. If this is how this system works I may have to look at a different tracking system because this is maddening.

I guess also, can I have my YTD be my mileage instead of a dollar amount?

Wow, my trip card shows a map. When I try to "Make sure that you are under the 'Unclassified' tab" it appears unclassified is selected however, in the first image above it appears that "All" is selected. And when I hold down and swipe, nothing happens.
