Everlance enables you to “Export Your Data” as often as you would like. This data can be sent to your accountant for Tax purposes or if you like to be the gatekeeper of your own data, you can store it on your own device.
Step 1: Click on the Profile icon (top left of Home Screen).
Step 2: Scroll down and click on “Export Data”
Step 3: Click on the calendar icon at the top of the screen to choose your date range.
*If you have a Premium account, click on "Advanced Options." From there, you can select the filters you need for your exports such as a PDF or CSV file type or a specific business line. Next click “Export Data” and it will be sent to your inbox!

I follow these instructions and the report that is sent is always blank.
