Work hours are a great feature that's part of our Starter and Professional plans. Work Hours enables the app to automatically classify trips that occur during your specified work hours as work-related trips, while keeping trips outside of those hours private or untracked.
To begin, select your device:

Step 1: Click on the 'Settings' icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select 'Work Hours'.
Step 3: Tap the Work Hours toggle green to enable the feature.
Step 4: Select your Classification.
Within these hours: Select the category that you want the trips taken within these hours assigned to.
* For employees, please keep in mind that for your company to see your Trips, you should be classifying trips under a Team Purpose, not under the plain 'Work' purpose.
Outside these hours: Select the category that you want the trips taken outside of these hours assigned to or you can choose to not have these trips tracked at all by selecting 'No' next to 'Track Trips'.
For example, in the screenshot below I have my Work Hours set for 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday.
Between 9 am - 6 pm, my trips within these hours will be automatically classified as 'Everlance'. Outside of these hours my trips will be classified as 'Personal'.
If I want to only record between a certain set of hours then I can select 'No' for tracking trips for Outside Hours.
Now my app will only record and classify my trips between Monday and Friday from 9 am - 6 pm. Any trips outside of these hours will not be recorded.
Step 5: Choose which day you would like to customize by tapping the box next to the day that you need. Next, slide the green dots on the line to set up the beginning and end of your workday.
Step 6: Customize each day that you need and then select 'Save'.
After that, you’re all set! All future trips will be automatically classified based on your Work Hours.

Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Settings' from the side menu.
Step 3: Select 'Work Hours'.
Step 3: Click the Work Hours toggle green to enable the feature.
Step 4: Select what classification you would like during the times you are working and what you would like the rest of your trips to be classified as when you are not working or don't have your trips tracked at all.
Step 5: Click on each day of the week to enable the work hours for that day and use the slider bar to select the desired hours of work.
Step 6: Click 'Save' and your future trips will be automatically classified based on your Work Hours.
