Classifying your Trip is as easy as swiping left or right! This helps users keep their Trips organized based on the purpose of the journey. You can classify your trips by Work, Personal, or Other.
To begin, select your device:

Step 1: From the Everlance app, tap on 'Trips'
Step 2: To easily locate your trips that need classifications, simply tap on the 'Unclassified' tab from the top of your screen.
Step 3: To categorize as Work, swipe right on the trip card. You will see a green bar appear indicating the trip will be recorded as Work. You can then choose the specific Work Purpose that the trip will be classified as.
To categorize your trip as Personal, swipe left on the trip card.
To categorize as Other (medical, charity, etc.), swipe FAR left on the trip card. You will see an orange bar appear which will lead you to a list of Other category options.

Step 1: From the Everlance app, tap on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.
Step 2: Select 'Trips'
Step 3: To easily locate your trips that need classifications, simply tap on the 'Unclassified' tab from the dropdown menu of your screen.
Step 4: To categorize as Work, swipe right on the trip card. You will see a green bar appear indicating the Trip will be recorded as Work. You can then choose the specific Work Purpose that the Trip will be Classified as.
To categorize as Personal, swipe left on the Trip card.
To categorize as Other (medical, charity, etc), swipe far left on the trip card. You will see an orange bar appear which will lead you to a list of category options. You can create your own custom categories by clicking the '+' button found at the bottom right corner of the 'Other' categories list.

Step 1: From the Web Dashboard, click on 'Trips'
Step 2: Next, click on 'Filter'
Step 3: Under 'Purpose' select, 'Unclassified'.
Step 4: Once your Unclassified trips have been filtered, tap on the dropdown arrow next to 'Unclassified' to select your Classification.
Step 5: Click on your Classification and you're finished!
Your trip has successfully been Classified!
